Description of Service
Aplycat provides AI-powered resume analysis, optimization, job tailoring, and job matching services. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying feature access.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must not share your account with others.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including resumes and profile information. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
AI-Generated Content
Our AI provides suggestions and improvements for your resume. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed by you before use. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in AI-generated suggestions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our platform, including: uploading malicious content, attempting to reverse-engineer our AI systems, creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, or using the service for any illegal purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Aplycat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to job application outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
